Every year, I like to give myself a theme instead of a resolution. When the rules are too rigid and goals set far too high, it’s hard to keep at it, especially when things start to speed up and get busy in the middle to later parts of the year.

This year, just like last, my theme is “Simple”.

• Simple to me means, a clear and tidy physical space to allow me to work in and create without physical obstacles. 

• Simple means a clean and clutter free digital space. 

• Simple means, setting myself up with gear that makes sense for what I want to and need to create.

• Simple means, clear processes and communication between me and my clients. 

• Simple means, making life simpler and easier for you.

The physical and digital aspect of this theme work together. A clear physical space allows me to think clearly. A clear digital space, allows me to work productively. 

This theme has worked out very well for me and I hope to continue in this fashion in the months to come.
