Keep hair neat & tidy.
Keep hair clean and neatly brushed whether down or tied back. Use a little hair spray or gel to prevent fly aways.

Be you.
Make up is optional. If you wear some when meeting clients, feel free to come make up ready. If you sport a more natural look, go with that but do bring some chapstick as this goes a long way.

Jamie will travel to you or your office whether we decide to photograph indoors or outdoors.

Extraction
Need a pure white background for your portraits? Get extraction done for each image and receive both a JPG and a PNG file.
Get creative with a dark background.
Many firms like the classic white background for the standard headshot which work well for LinkedIn and Proposals. The dark background offers a more creative feel and is great for Social Media and announcements.
Add a second look for $75 per person CAD. Comes with choice of 1 digital file.
Brand matching backgrounds available at custom rate.

FAQs
What should I wear?
Dress as if you were meeting a client. Consider your company’s dress code guidelines. Keep shirt colours light and neutral in colour then add on layers of colour and darker tones such as a suit jacket, blazer or cardigan. If you are having full body images taken, be sure to wear proper footwear.
Does your rate include editing and retouching?
Yes. All sessions will include a curated gallery of proofs (roughly 10-15 images) for you to choose from. From there, you can select your 1 image of choice which will get edited and retouched.
What are the photo styles?
My group portraits are shot on either a black, grey or white backdrop of your choice. Opportunity for outdoor headshots are available in the Spring/Summer months however note that this is weather dependent.
How will I receive my final files?
All final files are delivered through an online digital gallery. Files are delivered in jpeg format. Standard headshots are 4”x5”, at 300dpi.
Do I get to pick my photo?
I usually deliver a proof gallery of 10 - 15 unedited images to choose from. If you prefer that I make the decisions to expedite editing times, I can do that as well.
How does billing work?
You will receive a quote/contract/invoice from me via email. Acceptance of quote and signature on contract is required to book. 50% of your invoice is due to book your session. The balance is due to download your final images. e-Transfer or Company Cheque is accepted. Payment with credit card is accepted upon request at a 3% fee.
